Vibram Transitioning Exercises

Switching from traditional athletic shoes to the Vibram Five Fingers can be a frustrating and sometimes painful experience. Vibram Five Fingers enable your foot to “wake up” allowing them to function as they were designed to. The downside, after years and years of wearing regular shoes, lower leg and foot muscles have become weak and unresponsive. To help shorten the break in period of the Vibrams, I have created the following videos. Each of the exercises should be done several times a day, for the first week of transition.
Good Luck!!

Keep thinking about getting these. It might be time. And other than not owning a "yoga block" (please), I'll give these a try when I get the shoes. Thanks, Matty!
