A friend of mine is doing an "intense 6 week boot camp" She keeps writing on Facebook, how incredibly sore she is. She says she can barely move.
I told her, muscle soreness is inflammation. Muscle soreness is NOT an indication of a "good workout" She didnt care! She wanted to be sore.
I am patiently waiting for the day when this " No Pain, No gain" attitude is over. I mean really!!
Imagine coming out of a dentist office and saying " , My mouth is KILLING me, that was a GREAT dental appointment! Sounds just as silly as , GREAT WORKOUT, I can barely move.
ANY trainer can make someone sore. TIME TO RAISE THE BAR PEOPLE!!
